Privacy Policy
This policy explains the data used to sell, deliver and validate ASA TickRate Plugin licences.

2. Purchase data
We process the purchaser's name, email address, optional company name, plan, price, order identifiers, consent records, source IP and delivery status. Stripe processes payment credentials, billing addresses, tax identifiers and fraud signals under its own privacy terms; full card details are not received by this website.
3. Licence telemetry
To enforce activation capacity and operate signed leases, the plugin sends the licence identifier, server instance identifier, machine fingerprint, machine and server label, public IP address, plugin version, target TPS, observed TPS and player count. The service does not collect player identities, chat, game inventories or save files.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to perform the contract, deliver and validate licences, prevent fraud and abuse, administer subscriptions, provide support, keep accounting records and secure the service. Depending on the processing, the legal basis is contract performance, legal obligation or legitimate interest in protecting the software and infrastructure.
5. Retention
Purchase and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law. Heartbeat telemetry follows the configured service retention period. Security and audit events may be retained as necessary to investigate abuse. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
6. Recipients and transfers
Data may be handled by infrastructure, email and payment providers needed to operate the service, including Stripe. Configure this policy with the actual hosting and email providers used before launch, including any relevant international-transfer safeguards.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact license@hardfreqz.com. Identity verification may be required.
8. Security
Licence keys are stored as keyed digests for validation. A temporary encrypted delivery copy is erased after successful email delivery. Stripe webhooks are signature-verified and repeated events are processed idempotently.
