2. Product, price and compatibility

The product is a native server-side plugin for ARK: Survival Ascended dedicated servers. It requires the compatible ASA Server API version and a supported Windows or Proton environment. It is not a CurseForge mod and is not affiliated with Studio Wildcard, Snail Games or CurseForge.

Public prices are displayed tax-inclusive where required. Stripe calculates the final tax treatment from the billing location and any valid business tax details before the customer confirms payment.

A configured tick-rate target is not a performance guarantee. Actual TPS depends on hardware, world state, mods, players and other workloads.

3. Licence grant

After confirmed payment, the publisher grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the compiled plugin within the activation capacity of the purchased plan. No source code, ownership right, resale right or right to circumvent licence controls is transferred.

• Private Server: one non-commercial active server instance.
• Community Cluster: up to five non-commercial active server instances operated by the same community.
• Hosting plans: commercial use up to the purchased active-instance capacity while the subscription remains paid and active.

4. Commercial hosting conditions

Paid game-server hosting, managed hosting, resale, bundling or deployment on customer instances requires a Hosting plan. Capacity may not be pooled between unrelated legal entities. A host must accurately disclose the service characteristics offered to customers and must not use the plugin to make deceptive performance claims or conceal a materially reduced service level.

5. Delivery and activation

The licence key is generated after Stripe confirms payment and is sent to the address entered before checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a working address and protecting the key. Licence validation sends the technical data described in the Privacy Policy to operate activation limits and signed offline leases.

6. Subscriptions

Hosting plans renew annually until cancelled through the method made available by the publisher or Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current paid period. Access ends at the applicable period boundary unless suspension is required for fraud, dispute, material breach or non-payment.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not share or resell a key, bypass activation limits, reverse engineer except where a mandatory law expressly permits it, interfere with the licensing service, use the software unlawfully, or misrepresent the plugin as an official ARK product.

8. Updates and service availability

The publisher may provide compatibility and security updates. Online validation can be temporarily unavailable; eligible licences receive the offline grace period stated by their policy. Maintenance, game updates or third-party API changes can affect availability.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable, a consumer may have a statutory withdrawal period. Immediate key delivery occurs only after the customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the consequence for the right of withdrawal. See the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

10. Liability

Back up the server before installation. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost game data or service interruption. Any limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.
